SNAP Sponsorship offers a 6-Month Money Back Guarantee to clubs that:

• Follow our onboarding guidance

• Use the platform’s key features (detailed below)

• But do not cover their 6-month subscription cost through sponsorship (or sponsorship expected within the next 3 months)

In these cases, SNAP will refund the difference between your subscription outlay and sponsorship gained.

If sponsorship opportunities are already in progress and likely to cover your subscription soon, SNAP may offer a complimentary extension period to allow them to complete before finalising any refund.

This guarantee is designed to give clubs the confidence to engage fully with SNAP, knowing your investment is protected.

To qualify, clubs should complete:

1. Fast-Track Session

• Attend a fast-track session before going live.

2. Onboarding

• Complete the Onboarding Guide and set up an active SNAP profile.

3. Launch

• Contact your membership base.

• Share player/athlete profiles (if applicable).

• Reach out to your pre-existing sponsorship network.

4. Expansion

• Add 3–5 businesses from different industries to SNAP’s CRM.

• Use the Social Sharing Tool to promote a sponsorship opportunity.

• Tag CRM businesses in post comments.

5. Feedback & Support

• Email [email protected] with details/evidence of Launch/Expansion communications.

• SNAP will review within 30 days.

• Final decision by Mark Covington, Founder & CEO, in line with Fees, Cancellation & Refund Summary.

• Refunds will not be unreasonably withheld.
