SNAP Sponsorship offers a 6-Month Money Back Guarantee to clubs that follow the onboarding advice provided by SNAP, and utilise the key platform functionality, as defined below, but do not cover the 6 monthly subscription cost with agreed sponsorship (or forseeable sponsorship transactions in the next 3 months).

SNAP will refund the difference between club outlay and sponsorship gained.

If imminent sponsorship transactions look likely SNAP reserve the right to provide a temporary extension period at no cost to allow SNAP costs to be covered. 

This offer is designed to give new clubs the confidence to fully engage with the platform risk-free. To qualify for the 6-Month Money Back Guarantee, clubs must complete the following phases:

1. Fast-Track Session

Users to have registered and attended a fast-track session before requesting to go live.

2. Onboarding

Users to complete the steps in the Onboarding Guide and have an active SNAP profile.

3. Launch

Users to follow the Launch Guide:

• Contact internal membership base.

• Contact players/athletes to share individual profiles (if applicable).

• Contact pre-existing sponsorship network (if applicable).

4. Expansion

Users to follow the Expansion Guide:

• Add 3–5 businesses from 3 different industries into SNAP’s CRM Tool.

• Use the Social Sharing Tool to promote a sponsorship opportunity.

• Users to tag the businesses from the CRM in their post’s comments.

5. Feedback & Support

SNAP will review the request and any supporting evidence within 30 days. A final decision will be made by Mark Covington, Founder & CEO of SNAP Sponsorship, based on the requirements in the Fees and Cancellation Summary.
